Salesforce Gyaan Academy (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to delivering high-quality educational and training services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms governing refunds, cancellations, and related requests for our training programs and services.

By enrolling in any program offered by Salesforce Gyaan Academy, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Nature of Our Services

Salesforce Gyaan Academy provides digital educational services, including but not limited to:

  • Live Online Training Programs
  • Technical Workshops
  • Masterclasses
  • Mentorship Programs
  • Recorded Sessions
  • Digital Learning Materials
  • Source Code and Project Resources
  • Community Access and Support

Due to the digital nature of these services, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Payment

If a participant accidentally makes multiple payments for the same program, the excess payment may be refunded after verification.

Payment Deducted but Enrollment Not Confirmed

If payment is successfully deducted but enrollment is not provided due to a technical or operational issue, the amount may be refunded or adjusted toward enrollment.

Program Cancellation by Salesforce Gyaan Academy

If a program is cancelled by Salesforce Gyaan Academy and no suitable alternative arrangement is offered, participants may be eligible for a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, refunds shall not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after enrollment.
  • Lack of time to attend sessions.
  • Personal scheduling conflicts.
  • Dissatisfaction due to unmet personal expectations.
  • Failure to attend live sessions.
  • Failure to complete assignments or exercises.
  • Change in career plans.
  • Employment or promotion not achieved.
  • Certification exam not cleared.
  • Internet or device-related issues on the participant’s side.

4. Access to Digital Content

Once any of the following has been provided, the enrollment shall generally become non-refundable:

  • Course Materials
  • Session Recordings
  • Source Code
  • Assignments
  • Notes
  • Learning Resources
  • WhatsApp Group Access
  • Community Access
  • Student Support Channels

This is because digital educational content cannot be returned after access has been granted.

5. Batch Transfers

At our sole discretion, Salesforce Gyaan Academy may allow a participant to transfer to a future batch of the same program instead of receiving a refund.

Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and approval is not guaranteed.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that genuine unforeseen situations may occur.

In exceptional cases, Salesforce Gyaan Academy may review refund requests individually. Any such review does not create an obligation to approve future refund requests under similar circumstances.

All decisions made regarding exceptional refund requests shall be final.

7. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, participants must contact us with:

  • Registered Email Address
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Payment Details
  • Reason for Request

8. Refund Processing Time

If a refund request is approved, the refund will generally be processed within:

7 to 14 Business Days

The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the participant’s bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Participants are encouraged to contact Salesforce Gyaan Academy before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal request.

We reserve the right to provide enrollment records, attendance records, communication logs, content access logs, and payment records to financial institutions or payment processors to resolve disputes.

10. Policy Modifications

Salesforce Gyaan Academy reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time.

Any revisions will be published on this page along with an updated revision date.
